Staff was very unpleasant. I felt I was not welcome to this place. Breakfast was unfurnished.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Meals were plentiful and tasty. Room was clean and spacious. Excellent facilities. Perfect for a peaceful, relaxing stay.

However there are wellness facilities, you have to pay 8 EUR for each!

The hotel is next to a motorway. It is suitable to stay over a night but not longer. If you do not have a car, don't choose this hotel. Very difficult to find even by car. It is not possible to walk to the beach, because it is still far away. The breakfast buffet was poor, artificial juices, most of the food only sweet, little bit of cheese and salami. You have to wait for a waiter to bring you coffee or tea and they don't hurry. Of course they have only a black tea. We also tried the restaurant and the choice wasn't big, overcharged and the quality neither good. It is not worthy to stay in this hotel. The hotel stuff don't speak english, only at the reception. The hotel took the money from my CC, which should not be done. The CC is only for a reservation as Booked.net says and not for a payment.

The hotel provided comfortable and spacious rooms, perfect for my stay during the belly dancing festival. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Additionally, the restaurant and event spaces offered delicious meals and a pleasant atmosphere.

One area for improvement was the breakfast, which could have included more variety and higher quality options, such as fresh vegetables. Another downside was the location, as it was not easily accessible by foot.

This place was perfect for us because we had landed at midnight in Italy, where you expect some artistic/design taste. The staff were superb - friendly, had a good command of English, and were very helpful and informative. They offered the most personal service, from the receptionists to the attendants at the restaurant. The room was bright, well-decorated, and very clean. The breakfast was amazing, with a good continental selection and even an omelette chef. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including a spa and wellness center, sauna, swimming pool, and sun terrace.

The location was so-so, a bit far from the town center and in the middle of nowhere. It was not convenient for eating out or visiting the city.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Majesty. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could have been more varied with faster tray refilling.

We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday at Hotel Majesty. The staff were excellent professionals and very accommodating. The communication with Fabiano in advance as well as our contact Luca at the hotel contributed to a true feeling of being at home. The hotel's sauna and wellness area were perfect for a wellness holiday, and we also enjoyed the proximity to the stunning San Giorgio for nice walks along the beach area. The breakfast was superb, with delightful freshly made espresso at the bar. The hotel was perfectly calm at night, ensuring a good night's rest.

Excellent support during a difficult situation. After our car was broken into near Bari, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us with the aftermath. Their caring and thoughtful actions made a tough time a little easier for us. I highly recommend this hotel.
